Hey I just wanted to share a few websites I have built lately and what I have been up to. The First Course I bought for SEO purposes was “Info Product Killer“.  Fantastic course for the price, only $37. IPK focuses on OPSEO or “on page seo” and marketing real products such as TV’s and hot selling Christmas toys and gifts. IPK also has some training on New Clickbank product launches. The IPK course also promotes a Website Building Tool called “Network Blazer” which runs about $30.00 a month. I went ahead and ordered Network Blazer and built Mobile Monopoly Bonuses with it, even though I think the Network Blazer site will be better for promoting real products.

I just checked my Mobile Monopoly Bonuses site and it was ranked about 26th out of 520,000. At launch time my site hit #3 a few times but didn’t stay there. This site was my first real attempt to get ranked high for a Clickbank product which was launching. I started only one week before the launch and I think the website needed to be built at least 30 days out. I’m still working on getting this site to Google page one to see what it takes. Might make it?

My second website I built after learning more about SEO. Watch TV on Computer I just built this site and have been building some backlinks. I don’t think that it is ranked very high yet and I still need to ad more content to the blog page over the next few weeks. Right now I’m really just getting started with the SEO side of things and I’m tracking my results and over the next few months, hopefully I can determine the level of competition I can beat out and rank a website high on Google.

I bought Affiliate Phenon from a Warrior Forum member. I liked the Course a lot and it is a little bit like Google Sniper. Zach divulged a few pretty cool tricks to set up your blog. Look at Watch TV on Computer Now and notice the front page or home page will always be the same. All the blog posts for SEO and content purposes will be posted on the page called Blog. Watch TV on Computer Blog page. Make sure you always have the “all in one seo pack plugin and the Google XML sitemap plugin. Affiliate Phenom taught some really cool ways to find .gov and .edu sites where you could get backlinks.

SEO takes a Lot of Patience and You Need to Think Quality of On page and Off page factors

For a long time I was just putting out lots of websites for adsense purposes and not really thinking much about SEO. That strategy was not paying off. I’m trying to focus now more on SEO and find out what level of competition I can compete with. I will be moving away from promoting Info products and start promoting real products on places like Amazon and Buy.Com. I’m also been looking into building directory websites and hopefully I will find time to get one started.

Two of the companies that were mentioned were Admob and Admoda. Admob was highly recommended and was recently purchased by Google. Admod is really easy to use, but don’t try to link to a site with video. The one problem I have been finding is my ads get disapproved because Admob says the site isn’t mobile friendly so to speak.

Now I’m new to Mobile advertising, so I’m learning what mobile appropriate sites should be like. Seems to be plain text sales pages with no videos, or a .mobi site that is created for cell phones.

I have been researching on how to build mobile sites. I will have one ready to display on my blog here in a week or two. I really believe affiliate marketers should be considering this marketing strategy, since there is more mobile cell phone users than internet users and everyone has their cell phone most of the time. Also more and more cell phones or smart phones, have internet capabilities.

Right now advertising on cell phones is fairly cheap, but as more businesses and marketers find out about this advertising medium, I’m sure prices will increase so get educated now.

You can target your market to male or female, by age, by country, by regional area. If you are a small business owner you can set your ads up so you are called when someone clicks your ad. There are several ways to set and target your niche or customer base.

Admob is a little cheaper to get started with than Admoda. Admob is $50.00 to get your account started and Admoda is around $150.00 to $200.00. Admoda is from the UK so it is based on the British pound.

The Socrates Theme has many cool things you can do with it, and it makes monetizing your blog a cinch. Just start blogging and getting traffic to your site.
